Processing & Fulfillment Time
Orders placed through EXZMoto.com typically require 3 to 6 business days for handling before shipment. This includes packaging, quality control checks, and order preparation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes

Most orders shipped within the United States are delivered within 14–35 days from the shipment date depending on the product and destination.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
If an item is listed as a pre-order or made-to-order, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page. These dates may change without notice due to supplier or logistics delays. If there are significant changes, EXZ Moto will notify you by email.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
